I took them for 3 weeks and I could really tell that my energy levels had go way up, and I wasnt getting tired throughout the day. I threw out the vitamin C pill though because it is 1000% of your daily intake. It will also make you question if your urine is glow in the dark.

Not sure how to tell if these are working. I'm fairly healthy anyway so I'm not sure how I should feel. They didn't kill me, so that's a good thing.

I really like the idea of getting all my vitamins and minerals in a single, daily drink. This stuff has everything I want to take and plenty more. The flavor is only decent and it has a lot of vitamin flavor which is unpleasant but how could it not, with this much stuff inside. It mixes well. Overall I think it's 5 Stars and worth the try.

I enjoyed the product and would definitely continue to use. The pills you take within the packs are rather large so if you have a problem taking large pills you might want to break some of them in half.

I got the vitamin powder - not sure why the listing is showing a whey protein powder now. However, I got the cherry flavor and mixed it with lemonade in my blender bottle. Tastes really good with lemonade for a refreshing summer treat with a vitamin boost! It still has a little grittiness to it and doesn't dissolve completely, but is pretty good. Easy to drink and easy to mix. The scoop is tiny so the jar will last a long time. It seems to be mostly natural. I didn't know there was so in this and I have some sensitivity to soy, so watch out for that.
