I'm in my 50s and I've been struggling with my weight for decades. I go down, I go up. I can't stick to diets no matter how hard I try, and I eat like a teenager (snacks, candy, soda). My doctor put me on Naltrexone and it helped me lose about 10 pounds, but I need to lose a good 30 to get me to a healthy weight. After a lot of research I decided to buy Animal Cuts on Prime Day. I figured it was a good price and if it didn't work I wouldn't be out too much money. The day I got the package my doctor weighed me in a 190 pounds. At 5' 7" I'd like to be around 160. I have a lot of health issues and take a lot of medication. I take Levothyroxine for my hypothyroidism, an antipsychotic, several depression meds, and anxiety meds. The container says to start with one packet in the morning and to possibly cut back or cut out morning caffeine. Since there is a caffeine pill. I changed this up. I divide the packet in half. Since I take my thyroid med in the morning, I take the AC thyroid pill before lunch. Because I like my morning coffee I take the stimulant before lunch to get me over the afternoon slump. My job doesn't cater to using the bathroom too much so I divide the water pills, one in the morning and one at noon. Same with the metabolic pills, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I had heard that there could be some possible rough side effects but I haven't had any. From day one I felt I had more energy, didn't have my afternoon slump, my appetite was suppressed, and I felt mentally clearer. Now this could all be coincidental. I'll continue to post to see how this goes and if I'll lose weight. UPDATE: I've been taking these for a week now. There isn't a huge upswing in my energy, but there is a noticeable difference. It's not the jolt of energy that sugar and caffeine give you, it's more like a slow burn. I do still feel mentally clearer and though I haven't had the chance to weigh myself, I believe I'm losing a little weight. There is a definite reduction in my hunger and food cravings. TLDR: I'm fat and old, I divide the packet, so far so good.

Warning. You don't want to take this stuff if you have liver problems. My liver almost failed. I would love to get a refund for that. However, if you are healthy, it is a pretty motivating fat burner. It will work for you only with a low calories diet and gym/calisthenics.

Didn't order off of Amazon but I bought it in the nutrition store. Very happy with my results! 40 y/o male, good shape, US military veteran, been training for a couple decades gym consistenlty and some MMA/BJJ off and on. So I am very familiar with weights & nutrition. Lost wieght & water in the midsection, back & chest. Endurance improved. I stopped lifting heavy and switched back to doing HIIT, sprints on treadmill mixed with weights, 12-15 per exercise. With a good diet you can lose wieght and see a transformation in 3 weeks. Will cycle off and begin another cycle of this in a week to week and a half. I rec. this product. Totally worth it!

I was excited to try these pills until I saw the ingredients. It is promoted as healthy, yet kills you with dyes in the capsules. Yellow 5, red 40 and blue dyes. I do not think that changing my body’s natural chemical structure in order to enhance my image to gain muscle and lose body fat is worth it. I work out to live a healthy lifestyle for my kids not impress others! I gave it five stars because I ignored the 1 star reviews and bought this product.

No jitters no heart racing or irregular heartbeat no sweating from the hands or feet so the burn feels clean but don't expect to lose water sitting down it will only make you pee just a little more than usually only for a short time. If you find yourself exercising but hardly breaking a sweat despite going balls out on your lifts then this product will help with that. Every time I take it before a workout I start sweating in the first 10 minutes then boom I will sweat from head down. Back chest arms legs and even stomach. You definitely what to stay hydrated and use an electrolyte of some kind cause I didn't and by the end of the first box I was getting dizzy and had to balance my electrolytes then felt much better. Now I only take one a day not two. One thing I noticed is because I'm sweating early and alot it makes more motivated and I can get carried away and work to hard. Before I found this product I wouldn't sweat unless I'm working out very hard even in hot claimant and not alot and the hardest area to make sweat is my stomach and legs . well thats not an issue on this stuff so I'm going to keep buying until it stops working.

I am not a caffeine consumer and when I took these my first day I was wired from all the caffeine. It was so bad I couldn't sleep. Luckily all the caffeine is one capsule, the red one. I subtracted it from my daily dose and I feel great. I am halfway through my container and I already noticed a difference. So far I have lost 4 lbs and my body is starting to show results. I do notice my body being a bit warmer than usual but I don't mind it at all.
